Content - Too many things
Too much information, too many images, too many things flashing - all will confuse your visitors. You have 5 seconds to get their attention and if they are confused ... they'll leave. Light color on light background can make it hard to read, writing in uppercase make people think they are being yelled at so YOU SHOULD AVOID THAT (and use your spell checker too!).
Make each section no longer than 5-7 lines to make it easier to read.
No titles
The titles are helping you getting your ranking on the Search Machines up and they are helping your visitors keeping track of were they are. It is also the name that will be added if they decide to bookmark your page. To make it easy to find again it should be a relevant title. Your company name in the title can be good but not alone, write a few words about the content of the page.
Broken links
There is nothing more annoying and unprofessional than broken links or images not found. No Contact information
Contact information on your site it signals
real company. No contact information can very quickly make people think this is a fly-by-night operation.
Slow to load
Too many images or flash movies can make the site take very long to load. Go to an older computer with a slow telephone connection and visit your site. Try keep your content on the cutting edge and the technology 2 years behind.
